On our Saturday adventures we decided to head back to Bendor & Graves Tract in York Region (blog link). After a fantastic 6 km hike, we were hungry and wanted a place to chill and have a drink. Bendor & Graves is not close to home so we decided to explore the area of Newmarket. We discovered a brewery called The Old Flame Brewing Co. in Newmarket. They also have a location in Port Perry (closer to home for us!)
We called ahead and said they would welcome the dogs and they have an open food policy! We were ecstatic! We grabbed some take out and headed to the brewery! It was such a cozy place to go. They offered some limited snacks and they have some great merch!
The dogs were welcomed with open arms. They offered them water bowls and they got treats too!
While hanging out on the couches, we were asked to move in a bit as there was going to be live music and he was setting up in that area – heck yes! The musician’s name is Kevin Foster and he was amazing! We ended up staying for a couple of hours and enjoying the afternoon.
The dogs loved all of the attention and were happy to just chill after the hike. If you are looking for a wonderful place to hang out, this is your place! Love it!
